From now on i want to only look forward and just remember the good things from the past. And to do that sleep is essential. The bad things from my past (that i'm not going to remember...) happened because i did not take care of myself enough. I believe that to look good on the outside, you have to take care of yourself on the inside. Here is what i want to be better at:
Focus on the good things in life (theres lot to think of)
Don't say anything about anyone that you couldn't say if they were there
Say 10 nice things about myself every night
