"Just Sleep"

From now on i want to only look forward and just remember the good things from the past. And to do that sleep is essential. The bad things from my past (that i'm not going to remember...) happened because i did not take care of myself enough. I believe that to look good on the outside, you have to take care of yourself on the inside. Here is what i want to be better at:
Focus on the good things in life (theres lot to think of)
Don't say anything about anyone that you couldn't say if they were there
Enjoy school
Say 10 nice things about myself every night
Dream more

Isn't it funny how fast a year pass? You say this year i'm gonna lose 20 lbs, i'm gonna start being nice to people, and that your're gonna make more money, or stop smoking or something. but theres not anything happening differently just because it's a new year. People think that because one year end and another one arrives there will be all these newthings happening, and that there will be a difference from last year.

This might come as a shock, but if you want change, you have to be that change. and you dont need a new year to start all over, all you need is a new day and a strong want to do something differently.
Next year will be different. Because it's a new day. And because i said so.
